In season two, all the Tachikoma were upgraded with agent functions and duel memory. What this means is Tachikoma can separate his physical body from his mental functions. What this REALLY means is that he'll be traveling throughout the laptops in camp.

So any typed entries won't be typed. He'll be in your computer. Like this:



Of course, there can be exceptions to this if need be. Particularly if your characters have very feisty laptops. Or just cause.

The really important thing here! If you have secrets stored on your laptop or any important information, Tachikoma will be able to find it.

Tachikoma has more curiosity than a twenty dead cats, and has outstanding hacking abilities.

The Playing Experience: I tend to be on the slow side because I always want to be careful with words. Tachikoma can be thoughtful so I should be too. I also tend to drop threads a lot because life > computer time. That and I get tired easily.

For the most part this has been a lot of fun and I'm glad people tend to like Tachikoma.

Sedan sized mini tank almost exclusively blue. The nosel Includes a diskdrive, and when removed a usable rocket launcher, and a machine gun can be attached here if it's available. The right arm has a machine gun and a port to communicate with other networks. The left arm just grabs things. There are also 4 wire guns located on the pod/abdomen.

Eyes: Bulbous and white with three dots. There are four of them. Three on top, one underneath the pod.
Hair: NA
Blood Type: Oil.
Height: Actually I have no idea, but car-sized tall.
Build: Built like a Tank! Ahahahaha. Ok, that was cheap.

Permissions

Can I shapeshift/bodyswap/spit at/step on/etc?: I'm really really hesitant to have Tachikoma catch certain viruses. The most important thing to Tachikoma is discovering his own ghost and a body switch would make it all too obvious.

Hugging/Kissing/Other non-violent physical contact: Wooow, that's a new level of technophile I have not experienced yet. In all seriousness, petting and hugging are ok, but you are dealing with something similar to a child.

Maim/Murder/Death: As for attacking Tachikoma, that's also kind of an iffy issue. He can hold his own in a fight but everyone and their mom is itching to blow up the tank and one on thirty just isn't nice D=

What's Okay To Mention Around Him: Psychic types will notice a soul, but I'd rather the whole ghost issue not be obvious. If he figures it out through talking and discussion, that's great, but not through some means that are just too simple. He doesn't know he actually has a soul, and I don't want him to figure it out so easily.

Abilities:

Blowing shit up, shielding people, and if you know how a jumping spider can move Tachikoma can move just as similarly. He's also a tech wizz when equipped correctly and can blast through any firewall you can put up, however he's not equipped with those sort of capabilities at this time.

He also has the ability to communicate with the machines around him, depending on how complex the other machines are. If they're just a microwave, they have nothing really big to say, but if it was a sentinent microwave then conversations would be had.

Secrets: Section 9! This is all an undercover mission for him and it'll be hard to get him to open up about why he's really here and the people he works for.

Note to psychics: Yes, there is a ghost/soul. It's different than a human's but it's still there.

Note to mechanics: Whether you use natural oil or synthetic oil is particularly important for Tachikomas. Natural is a sort of drug for them. They tend to think and do things they wouldn't have before and in some ways it makes them a little closer to the emotional behavior of humans. But for the most part Tachikoma use exclusively synthetic.
